Level Two
The Level Two EFT course is the second in a series of progressive, well-structured training courses in EFT. Completing this course enables you to embark on the EFT International accreditation process to become an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner.
The course is essential for anyone without previous people-helping certification who wishes to use EFT as a therapeutic tool with the public. And it’s a strongly recommended path for existing practitioners from any discipline who wish to understand and use EFT with the highest possible skill set, to achieve the best possible results. The four days of training that bring you to completion of Level One and Level Two EFT, comprise only 50% of your learning, the rest comes with real-world practice with clients, and an accompanying rich mentoring and reflection process.
I recommend leaving at least a month, preferably longer, between a Level One and Level Two course to process and integrate the foundational techniques, as well as to get a good start with your self-healing and clearing. As many practice sessions as possible, as soon as possible, will ensure that you consolidate your learning in your brain and body. It is a great idea to set up practice chains with the other participants in your course, as you will all be at the same stage and so feel safe to get it wrong and get it right with each other.
At Level Two the focus is on using EFT skilfully and safely with others. We will refresh and extend the learning covered in Level One, and we will introduce further techniques and understandings to enable you to deal effectively with the underlying issues that may block a client’s healing and life progress.
We will be moving out of the shallow end into deeper, more complex work, and support that with an understanding of the way trauma affects our brains and bodies working with a range of strategies called ‘The Gentle Techniques’. This set of techniques ensures that it doesn’t have to hurt when our clients desire to heal their painful memories. We will revisit working with physical issues and introduce another level of skill in working with these. We will discover how to uncover and work with core issues and limiting beliefs in order to help our clients get truly free from their past and open up to a new landscape of emotional and physical health and potential. We will look at the things that might challenge us in a session, what to do when it doesn’t seem to be working, and how to help a client who is overwhelmed. We will move into the arena of ‘What comes next?’. Once we have cleared and balanced old wounds by working with the negative aspects, how do we begin to look towards a new future with positive language, perspective and reframes?
We will look at the structure of an EFT session, how to put it all together and consider the potential possibilities and limits of our EFT practice. We also begin to widen our application of EFT by taking an introductory look at using EFT to work with children, animals and groups. I recommend leaving at least 2-3 months of regular practice (longer if you are not working regularly with people), between a Level One and Level Two course. This is to ensure that you process and integrate the foundational techniques, as well as get a good start with your self-healing and clearing. As many practice sessions as possible, as soon as possible, will ensure that you consolidate the learning in your brain and body. It is a great idea to set up practice chains with the other participants in your course, as you will all be at the same stage and feel safe to get it wrong and get it right with each other.
A follow-up group mentoring session is included in your training fee and is scheduled approximately three weeks after the training. This is for any questions you have following your practice sessions with yourself and friends, as well as any reminders needed for applying the techniques.

I’m Jessica, and I am a trauma-informed, EFT International Trainer, Mentor and Advanced Practitioner. I’m also a UK trained educator, experienced facilitator and an expert by experience in the trauma recovery field.
I completed all levels of EFTi training and specialist EFT workshops with EFT Founding Master and Master Trainer of Trainers Gwyneth Moss, going on to reach Accredited Advanced Practitioner status and then Master Trainer status with her. I have assisted Gwyneth on numerous L1, 2, and 3 training courses, and co-presented with her in specialist EFT workshops. I have greatly appreciated and benefited from Gwyneth’s vast knowledge, experience, and expertise with EFT, as well as her 20 year plus involvement with the history and development of EFT, from Gary Craig’s original training to the very latest developments in the present.
As Gwyneth is currently not offering public training, I’m pleased to be able to offer a connection to Gwyneth’s thorough and innovative curriculum and lively, grounded delivery in my own L1, 2, and 3 training.
At present training is delivered online using Google Workspace. It is active, interactive and participatory.
At each training level, the tuition is a combination of taught content, discussion, live demonstration and active participation, with plenty of opportunities for practising the techniques. The taught content, discussions, demonstrations and exercises are live, fluid, and responsive to the unique needs of each training group.
Each training group has its own Google Classroom where I share resources and learning materials with you, and where you will have an opportunity to ask questions and share your learning journey with each other post-training. If you go on after Level Two to take the EFTi accreditation path this will be where feedback on your practice hours and case studies take place, in addition to in-person mentoring sessions.
It will enable you to work skilfully and safely with yourself, family and friends on low-level emotional and physical issues.
You will need a more comprehensive EFT toolbox to work with the public, and with more complex, longer-term issues. If that is your intention then you will enjoy extending your knowledge and furthering your experience with Level 2 training. After which you can pursue accreditation with EFT international as a Certified EFT Practitioner, and at a later date Level 3 training, which will enable you to pursue advanced skills and accreditation as an Advanced Practitioner. Accreditation pathways require further study, practice, case studies, online examination, and mentoring hours in addition to the two and three-day training courses at L1, 2, and 3.
There are separate fees connected to these accreditation requirements and EFTi membership in addition to the course fees. A full breakdown of all course fees and related fees can be found in this document.
